The project included the construction of a new training shop and conference facility over 2 levels within Matalan's existing distribution warehouse in Knowsley.
The training shop is approximately 950 m² incorporating sales, changing and storage areas. The conference facility is approximately 450 m² together with welfare facilities and has a capacity for 325 occupants.
